Terms & Conditions
I'm committed to being as flexible with my time as possible and providing the best treatment I can. As someone who is self-employed, last minute cancellations have a big impact on my time and finances.
I understand that life gets in the way sometimes though, and you might need to cancel your appointment due to unforeseen illness, work demands or travel issues. Read more about my cancellation policy, payment terms and expectations.
Payment
I request the full payment in advance to secure your booking and prefer to receive payment at the time of confirming your appointment. I accept online bank transfer or via PayPal and do not accept cash. If payment is not sent through 24 hours before the appointment at the very latest, the booking will not be accepted. This is standard practice for many self employed therapists and larger businesses.
Notice period
I kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling bookings. Please let me know as soon as your situation changes - I always do my best to accommodate and find a solution.
Late cancellations & rescheduling
For cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice, I charge 50% of the treatment price as a cancellation fee. If you cancel at least 24 hours in advance, you will receive a full refund. In some cases, I am happy to discuss extenuating circumstances and discretionary rescheduling of appointments. I understand that life can be complicated!​
Discounts
If you book a series of three treatments and prepay, you will receive a 20% discount. I also offer a 15% discount on off one bookings for those who refer me to a friend.
No-shows
If you fail to show up to your appointment and no notice has been communicated, I will charge the full price of the treatment.
Timekeeping
If you arrive late for your appointment, this time will be deducted from your treatment time and no discount will be given.

If you have chosen to have an initial consultation in person at your first appointment, rather than on the phone, the booking will include around ten minutes for a consultation. For example, a 60 minute massage is likely to be a 50 minute treatment plus initial discussion about your health and what you're looking to achieve.
